Fee should be deposited in Canara bank at Bazpur from 5th to 25th at each billing month. (April, July, August, October, December & January).
Please follow the School Fee schedule strictly.
School Fees to be paid in 6-installments.
Late Fee Payable after stipulated dates with fine Rs. 50 per installment.
If the school fees is not paid by the stipulated dates, the student will not be permitted to take examination.
For your convenience, you may deposit school fees for the whole year of six months together, by Cheque or online.
If Cheque is bounced, bounce charge has to be paid by the parent.

(b) Through Account Payee cheque in the name of St. Mary's Sr. Sec. School, payable at Canara Bank, Bazpur.

(d) After doing the direct payment, it is mandatory to write transaction ID and Date in the fee book and submit the School copy in the School office.
School will not be responsible for any Direct Payment [NEFT, IMPS, UPI & PhonePe, Google Pay etc.] made by the parent without any details of the student.
While making Online, Offline or any other direct payment, kindly fill the details given in the fee book for future reference.
No Cash transaction will be entertained in the school.
Fees once paid will not be refunded.
While filling up the school Fee slip, the correct Admission Number, Class, Section and mode of payment must be mentioned.
Before the withdrawal of a pupil, a month's notice in writing or a month's Fee in lieu of notice will be charged.
In case of loss of school Fee book, Rs. 50 will be charged for a duplicate fee book.
