Every application for school leaving certificate shall be made in writing by the parent/guardian on the prescribed form.
A fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged for a Transfer Certificate and this will be issued only three days after the receipt of an application.
A Transfer Certificate will not be issued until all the dues are cleared up to the current month. Those who leave in April will pay the fees for May and June as well.
Any student who applies for T.C. after having left the school without prior application will pay the fees up to date of application for the T.C.
No student should be withdrawn from the school without having issued T.C.
A student cannot be admitted into the school without transfer certificate of the school last attended.
All the students should come to school clean and tidy in their school uniform. All are obliged to wear the uniform under the penalty of expulsion from the class.
Punctual and regular attendance is insisted upon. If a student is absent due to illness or any other valid reason, the Principal should be informed about it immediately by a note from the guardian.
To be exempted from P.T. a doctor's certificate is required. Students must not remain in classroom during P.T. and recess.
If a student continues to be absent without a leave note for more than ten working days in succession, his/her name will be struck off the register. Re-admission, if granted, will be done on payment of re-admission fee.
All are expected to attend class on the opening day after each of the vacations.
A student returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease should produce a doctor's certificate permitting him/her to rejoin class.
Absence from school prior to a test and on Saturdays that are marked as class-days will adversely affect the student's performance.
